Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Shipping
We ship from London (UK) both domestically and internationally. The countries we ship to include: any EU country, Norway, Switzerland, US, Canada, New Zealand and Australia. Our ropes are in stock and ready to be handed to the carrier (unless otherwise indicated on the product page), and so our lead times are short. Orders are packaged on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays. Our courier services pick-up our parcels shortly after lunch time so if you are in a hurry to receive your item we recommend placing it on the preceding evening, and we'll do our best to send it on the subsequent Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. Note that at extremely busy times there may be a small delay in sending out your order.
All orders are sent with full end-to-end tracking. You'll receive a tracking e-mail or SMS when your parcel is received by the carrier.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and value of your order. We generally offer free shipping to most locations for orders above a specific value. The free shipping threshold will be indicated in your checkout cart.
Returns Policy
We offers a full refund on new and unused items returned to us within 30 days of delivery.

Late, lost or missing items
If you think there's a problem with your order please get in touch so we can put it right. All our orders are sent our with tracking, and we recommend checking this regularly to catch any issues early.
Brexit impact
We send all EU parcels by a special service where any customs fees, duty, VAT upon import of our products to the EU are automatically charged back to us. As a result you will not need to pay any additional import fees on our products in the EU.
